Top SchoolPetr Belyaev is a Python software developer based in Geneva with 11 years of experience building backend systems and tooling across Java and Python ecosystems. He brings a strong foundation in Java backend development from roles at Yandex and Tampere University of Technology, and has transitioned to Python-focused engineering at Alohi since 2020. His background includes DevOps and networking/telephony operations, giving him a practical edge in deploying and troubleshooting distributed services. An engineer by training with a Master’s in Factory Automation and Industrial Informatics, he combines academic rigor with hands-on production delivery. He has experience in high-scale environments (Yandex) and low-level infrastructure exposure from a Google data center internship, which informs pragmatic, reliability-focused design choices. Pragmatic and curious, he seeks dynamic, challenging projects where systems, automation and networking intersect.
