Top SchoolPhil Hale is a Senior Scrum Master and seasoned technology executive with over 15 years leading cross-functional teams in high-speed electronics, embedded software, and enterprise application delivery. He has evolved project practices from Waterfall to pragmatic Hybrid-Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban), coaching multiple teams at a regional utility and previously shepherding R&D products into full production. Phil pairs an MBA and a Computer Science degree with hands-on design experience—authoring embedded ARM firmware and selecting chipsets for new electronic products—giving him rare fluency across product, engineering, and operations. His background founding and running an AV hardware company and negotiating OEM contracts means he brings entrepreneurial rigor to vendor management and supply-chain risk mitigation. Based in Spokane, he excels at translating complex technical constraints into customer-focused, manufacturable solutions while continuously improving team delivery.
