Top SchoolPhil Hansen is a seasoned Enterprise Content Management specialist with over four decades in IT and more than 30 years focused on ECM, capturing and digitization workflows. He founded eArchives in 2000, scaled it into a GSA-approved OnBase reseller with federal and DoD clients, and has maintained OnBase installation and workflow certifications throughout his career. As Senior Solutions Analyst at Databank IMX, he designs and implements ECM and capture solutions that streamline business processes and compliance for public- and private-sector organizations. Phil’s background spans hands-on implementations, sales engineering, account management and large-scale migration of microfilm/fiche into modern systems—experience that makes him unusually adept at bridging legacy archives with contemporary BPM/ECM platforms. Based in Sedalia, Colorado, he combines deep product knowledge (OnBase, Kofax, DocuWare and others) with practical operational insight from running and selling an ECM business.
