Senior🎓
Top SchoolPhil Taylor is a seasoned technology leader and serial entrepreneur with over a decade of experience building software products, companies, and high-performing engineering organizations. As CTO of CDW Digital Velocity he scaled the business from 250 to 1,200 people and drove cloud-native, AI, DevSecOps, and app modernization strategies that generated billions in revenue. He blends hands-on engineering roots—from full-stack development to cloud architecture—with a lean startup mindset that prioritizes customer-driven product evolution. Phil has repeatedly founded and scaled services and platform businesses (including BrightWork and IGNW), proving an ability to turn technical vision into repeatable GTM and delivery models. Based in Dallas, he pairs pragmatic engineering leadership with talent development, often investing heavily in team growth and operational rigor. Not obvious from titles alone: he alternates between deep technical problem-solving and building scalable people/process frameworks that enable rapid business expansion.
