Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolPhilip Claesson is a pragmatic software engineer with eight years of experience building embedded systems, platform infrastructure, and security tooling across startups and industry teams in Stockholm. He has shipped hardware-focused products at teenage engineering (including the OP-1 Field and TX-6) and moved into platform and security roles at Northvolt before joining Sana, showing a trajectory from low-level embedded work to cloud-native platform engineering. Philip co-founded a sustainability startup, Klimato, giving him product-minded full-stack experience and hands-on deployment experience with Node.js and AWS containers. His master’s work on re-synthesis of instrumental sounds and small ML POCs for Pixel hint at a strong applied ML curiosity beyond core systems engineering. Colleagues describe him as a versatile engineer who bridges hardware verification, production testing, and scalable software infrastructure.
