Top SchoolPhilipp Eschenbach is a seasoned engineering leader and JVM enthusiast with over 12 years of hands-on experience and two decades of programming background. Based in Berlin, he has scaled teams and platforms from backend trenches to executive strategy, most recently serving as VP Engineering & AI at Mercanis after four years as CTO of Legalhero. He blends startup grit—co-founding Culcha—with enterprise leadership at Uberall, delivering resilient, production-grade JVM systems and driving AI adoption in product roadmaps.
