Top SchoolPhillip Creglow is a data and engineering leader with 11 years of experience shaping data products, visualization, and web development for political and civic organizations. As Director, Data Products & Engineering at Statara Solutions (after leading data and technology at REAL Strategies), he blends hands-on front-end skills from an Iron Yard bootcamp with strategic program leadership to deliver user-focused data experiences. His background uniquely spans grassroots advocacy and enterprise data work—having driven large-scale outreach campaigns at the AMA and REALTOR associations that reached hundreds of thousands. Phillip is equally comfortable shipping dynamic web apps and guiding cross-functional teams to operationalize analytics into product features. He favors pragmatic solutions that turn complex voter and membership datasets into clear, actionable insights.
