Top SchoolPhillip Ho is a seasoned software engineer and builder with a decade of experience designing scalable payments, blockchain, and infrastructure systems across startups and major tech companies. He’s led engineering at thirdweb and helped found core product and payments infrastructure at Paper.xyz, owning everything from NFT checkouts and token deployment to high-throughput blockchain transactions, wallets, and billing. Earlier roles at Twitch and Box refined his product and team leadership, while his Stanford MS in Graphics and HCI signals strong foundations in systems that blend great UX with performant back ends. Now running a solo studio, he combines hands-on implementation with product intuition to move fast on experimental SaaS and Web3 ideas. Notably, he’s shipped internal AI agents and data pipelines tied to blockchain operations—an uncommon intersection of AI, infra, and crypto. Based in the U.S., Phillip brings founder-level ownership and deep executional experience building developer-facing infrastructure.
