Top SchoolPhillip Moore is a Senior Software Engineer and R&D manager with 14+ years building full-stack systems, DevOps pipelines, and security programs for finance and enterprise customers. He blends deep research roots in evolvable hardware and advanced optimization algorithms with pragmatic engineering across .NET, NodeJS, Python, and cloud CI/CD—having led Azure DevOps migrations, custom CI/CD and automated security scanning. As Security Officer he ran SOC2 audits, PCI scans, pen tests, and incident/disaster recovery exercises while creating risk-management tooling and central logging integrations. He has hands-on experience with embedded systems, FPGAs and PLCs from academic research, which informs his knack for solving low-level and algorithmic problems in production software. Based in Hillsboro, Missouri, he pairs technical leadership of distributed teams with an uncommon background that spans published computational-intelligence research through applied enterprise security and operations.
