Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolPhong Phan is a technical leader with 9 years of hands-on experience building and scaling Magento-based e-commerce platforms and integrations across APAC and Europe, currently leading technical delivery at i-Sprint Innovations in Singapore. He combines deep Magento and PHP expertise with practical DevOps skills—Jenkins setups, microservices, and payment/ERP integrations—to translate complex business requirements into reliable production releases. Phong has led cross-functional teams, delivered security assessments and RASP training, and repeatedly stepped into client-facing roles as a trusted consultant. Notably comfortable inheriting legacy code and modernizing flows (Elasticsearch, Vue Storefront PWAs), he learns quickly and thrives on solving the “impossible until it’s done.”
