Senior🎓
Top SchoolPierre Gradot is a Senior Software Engineer based in Nantes with 11 years' experience building low-level and embedded systems, now focused on reverse engineering and timeless debugging at eShard. He migrated a legacy C++14 codebase to C++20, built a QEMU plugin to record Android VM execution, and is redesigning performance- and safety-critical components in Rust—work that bridges systems programming, tooling, and research-grade analysis. His background spans embedded Java/C on ARM, tooling for avionics production, and leading developer-oriented content as editor-in-chief of a technical blog, so he combines deep hands-on engineering with clear technical communication. Comfortable across Python, C/C++, Rust and platform internals, he routinely writes memory-parsing scripts and test plans for complex releases. Notably, he prefers to stay focused on craft over recruiting outreach, signalling a strongly project-driven mindset.
