Top SchoolPierre-yves Lochou is a seasoned system administrator with nearly 30 years of experience across Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, SUSE), Unix (Solaris, AIX) and Windows (Active Directory, Exchange), currently managing the R&D data center for IBM France. Over the last decade his role has evolved into DevOps: he writes Ansible modules and Python tooling for the corporate cloud, authors Nagios monitoring scripts in Bash, and brings deep systems expertise to development teams. He’s actively expanding his container and orchestration skills—developing a Kubernetes operator for an in-house Business Automation product (ODM)—bridging legacy sysadmin practices with cloud-native operations. Based in the Greater Paris area and an ENSIIE engineering graduate, he combines hands-on troubleshooting with platform automation and a pragmatic focus on operational reliability.
