Senior🎓
Top SchoolPieter Naber is a seasoned Dutch entrepreneur and software engineer with 12+ years of experience building SaaS platforms that simplify administration and boost engagement for associations and enterprises. As founder of Membro BV and Mantix BV, and co-founder/CTO at BricksWise and Kanban Ease, he combines product-led engineering with practical coaching to translate real-world workflows into secure, user-friendly web and mobile apps. He pairs technical depth—from architecture and API-driven SaaS to GDPR-focused data protection—with hands-on agile and KATA coaching honed at Zorg en Zekerheid and De Volksbank. Pieter’s work is rooted in solving volunteer and organizational pain points (memberships, finances, event management), and he often prototypes features directly with end users to ensure adoption. Based in Leiden, he balances entrepreneurship with a focus on measurable process improvement and team growth, and brings a habitual bias for action—he started his first company the day after a workshop suggested he should just do it.
