Top SchoolPramodaya Jayalath is a Test Developer and software engineer with nine years of experience building mobile-first warehouse, e-commerce, and HR medical systems across Europe and Sri Lanka. He combines hands-on Android and cross-platform development (Kotlin, Java, Flutter, Xamarin) with test automation, CI/CD and cloud-ready microservices to deliver high-impact solutions—contributing to projects with reported social value over $10M. At Sysco Labs he led modernization of warehouse apps for Zebra devices, owning architecture, integrations (scanners, printers) and deployment pipelines; more recently he’s worked on collaboration and e-commerce platforms and mentors startups through VentureLab. Comfortable across the full stack, he blends pragmatic engineering with strong client-facing skills and a knack for squeezing performance from constrained devices. An interesting detail: he has repeatedly rebuilt legacy systems into rugged mobile applications used in industrial settings, showing a focus on reliability under real-world constraints.
