Top SchoolPrashanth Nethi is a Principal Scientist based in Bengaluru with 11+ years of experience modernizing desktop and web creative applications at Adobe, driving major integrations like bringing the CEF-based Brackets editor into the C++ Dreamweaver codebase and evolving Adobe XD features. He combines deep systems and UI expertise—spanning MacOS Cocoa migrations, text engine rewrites, and full-stack bug fixes—to deliver practical, maintainable solutions across build, installer, and runtime layers. A hands-on leader, he has repeatedly led cross-disciplinary efforts to modernize legacy code while shipping user-facing editor features (Find in Files, command-line integration). His open-source contributions to the adobe/brackets-shell repo reflect an ability to navigate hybrid architectures and platform quirks, signaling strong product-oriented engineering instincts as well as low-level troubleshooting chops.
