Top SchoolPrem Pathuri is a data scientist with 11 years of experience building ML systems for consumer-facing products at scale, most recently focusing on platform and community integrity at TikTok. He has driven measurable business impact—accelerating PlayStation Store experimentation from a few quarterly tests to 10+ monthly experiments and helping features deliver over $100M annualized revenue, and earlier work on recommendations and pricing drove $1M+ incremental revenue. His background spans recommender systems, experimentation infrastructure, streaming feature pipelines (Spark Structured Streaming, Tecton), and ML for payments, supply chain, and energy domains. Comfortable translating research into production, he has also taught graduate ML and algorithms, founded a computer vision consultancy for Japanese clients, and thrives at the intersection of explainability, governance-aware feature engineering, and product metrics.
