Senior🎓
Top SchoolPromsopheak Nuon is a senior solutions architect and serial entrepreneur with a decade of experience building full-stack, multi-cloud systems and leading product teams from Phnom Penh. As co-founder of Flexitech and now a leader at Slash, he splits time between hands-on development, client-facing CTO roles, and firm-building activities for both client products and internal ventures focused on AI, blockchain, IoT and mixed reality. He combines deep technical fluency (server architecture, databases, mobile and web stacks) with people-first management—defining quality standards, hiring and training practices, and mentoring engineering teams. Known for turning startup energy into repeatable delivery, he has shepherded projects across APAC and helped cultivate Cambodian tech talent through practical entrepreneurship. An unconventional detail: he moved from game and mobile development into founding a product foundry, reflecting a career-long appetite for experimenting across domains and platforms.
