Top SchoolPrzemysław Furtak is a Technical Lead and software architect with over 15 years of engineering experience and a decade-plus of hands-on backend development, now leading teams at Feedink from Warsaw. He specializes in transforming legacy monoliths into scalable, event-driven microservices and driving CI/CD and containerization (Docker) across organizations to improve delivery velocity and reliability. A pragmatic PHP/Symfony expert with deep database and performance optimization roots, he pairs technical decisions with people development—mentoring engineers and shaping engineering culture. He has repeatedly driven multi-tenant migrations, technology upgrades (PHP5→PHP7) and introduced DDD practices while collaborating closely with C-level leadership to align roadmaps with business goals. Notably, his background spans blockchain data tooling to high-traffic e-commerce platforms, reflecting a rare blend of infrastructure, architecture and applied product thinking.
