Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolQuinn Ciccoretti is a software engineer with nine years of hands-on experience building systems in C++, Go, TypeScript, and web/graphics technologies, currently at Yext in the DC–Baltimore area. He has driven high-impact engineering at ASTi—authoring Go services for flight simulator audio fidelity, orchestrating mass Windows updates, and adding AI transcription to legacy tools—plus previous work in WebXR, CUDA prototyping, and real-time data streaming. A UVA graduate in Math & Computer Science (3.91 GPA), Quinn pairs strong theoretical grounding with practical optimizations, like shaving minutes off product build times via VM job threading. He clearly enjoys computer graphics and interactive systems, and his background shows a recurring pattern of rescuing and modernizing critical codepaths. Outside of work he cooks, reads fiction, and keeps a wry sense of humor about problem-solving that surfaces in playful project notes.
