Top SchoolRachitt Shah is an AI-focused software engineer and consultant with six years of experience helping startups, enterprises, and VC firms turn machine learning research into reliable production systems. Currently embedding AI and quantitative capabilities at Accel while running Transfrm.ai, he specializes in RAG systems, data engineering, AI reliability, and hands-on secondments that drive measurable business outcomes. His background spans site reliability, quantitative trading systems, product management, and VC-facing roles, giving him a rare blend of low-latency engineering and commercial diligence. He’s shipped tooling and evaluations for clients from Dell and Razorpay to Replit and Arize AI, and often operates at the intersection of engineering, evaluation, and investment due diligence. Not obvious from the title: he’s equally comfortable authoring technical documentation and rebuilding developer tooling, a skill honed through multiple Google open-source documentation and GSoC projects.
