Top SchoolRadosław Piwko is an experienced audio and test engineering leader with 13 years in telecommunications and hardware-focused quality assurance, now serving as Head of Department at the Polish Ministry of National Defence. He brings deep domain expertise in voice quality testing, audio tuning across Qualcomm, Exynos and other chipsets, and translating subjective field results into actionable fixes. Previously he led projects and audio engineering at Samsung R&D, coordinating test planning, optimizing test processes, and resolving complex chipset audio issues using both subjective and B&K objective measurements. His background in wireless systems and electronic security, coupled with a postgraduate degree in IT Project Management, enables him to bridge technical troubleshooting with program-level coordination. Colleagues rely on him for negotiating QA requirements with hardware teams and for making test suites more efficient and reproducible. Anecdotally, he pairs hands-on chipset log analysis with practical tuning tools—an uncommon blend of lab rigor and field-driven pragmatism.
