Top SchoolRafael Barbosa is a mobile-focused software engineering specialist with 10 years of experience, currently leading Flutter work at CloudWalk and cofounding Lovepeople. He transitioned teams from native Android to Flutter as a tech lead (Conectcar, Drip) and has built reusable UI components and packages—evidenced by his open-source Flutter tutorial coach-mark package and a news app showcasing search, featured sections and custom navigation. Comfortable across Dart, Kotlin, Java, Python and SQL databases, he blends hands-on implementation with product thinking and Scrum/Git Flow practices. Based in São Paulo, he pairs a pragmatic engineering style with public speaking experience and a passion for elegant mobile experiences that “fit in the palm of the hand.” An ex-military leadership background and ongoing specialization in AI hint at disciplined, data-informed problem solving beyond typical mobile dev skillsets.
