Senior🎓
Top SchoolRafał Zawadzki is a Cloud Engineering Manager with over 15 years of hands-on experience and a 20+ year background in software and services, specializing in Azure, Linux/BSD, Kubernetes, and IaC. He has built and led DevOps/DevSecOps organizations from the ground up across Europe and global SaaS companies, combining people management with deep technical ownership. Notably, he architected and shipped an AI agent–driven security engine to shift security left across the SDLC. His career spans startups to enterprise firms—CTO, Head of Development, and technical director roles—bringing pragmatic solutions in Python, Java, C++ and extensive cloud-native tooling. Rafał pairs a hacker’s curiosity with disciplined process design (Scrum/Kanban) and a knack for integrating security and automation into fast-moving delivery pipelines. Based in Warsaw, he’s equally comfortable debugging low-level system issues as he is shaping platform strategy and compliance.
