Top SchoolRamon Salado is a CTO and DevSecOps leader based in São Paulo with eight years of hands-on experience spanning Linux system administration, cloud architecture, and security-focused operational workflows. He has led infrastructure design for high-availability web applications, implemented IaC and immutable deployment practices, and built CI/CD pipelines that bake security into every release—work informed by early career support roles that honed his operational empathy. Ramon has practical blockchain integrations experience (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash) and has designed secure wallet handling and monitoring solutions, reducing cost and risk through on-demand provisioning and image-based hardening. A continuous learner, he is currently deepening his programming foundations with algorithms and data structures in Python, bringing both strategic leadership and a developer’s curiosity to challenging projects. He also keeps a hands-on GitHub presence and a caffeine-fueled sense of humor: “I want coffee.”
