Summary
👤
SeniorRandall Kahler is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with 13 years building and operating scalable cloud and on‑prem web applications from San Diego. He combines deep hands‑on experience in PHP, Python, Perl and JavaScript with growing fluency in Go, Node.js and Ruby to shepherd SaaS platforms through migrations, microservices adoption and uptime optimization. Randall has led DevOps teams and managed full-stack infrastructure—datacenter to AWS—driving automated, self‑healing systems and push‑button provisioning to reduce toil. He pairs strong relational database expertise (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) with a knack for algorithm and application architecture optimization. Known for pragmatic problem solving, he often surfaces nonobvious correlations across disparate systems to deliver durable solutions. Outside day‑to‑day duties he’s an automation evangelist who builds cloud apps that “scale elegantly” and keeps current on emerging internet technologies.
