Top SchoolRenato Nascimento is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with 11 years of experience specializing in platform engineering, cloud security, and developer experience across high-growth product environments. He has led org-wide initiatives—production identity, access re-engineering, observability, and DORA-driven metrics—that reduced coupling and improved reliability at scale. At VTEX and Incognia he moved between hands-on engineering and people leadership, building roadmaps, incident tooling, and talent pipelines while delivering measurable security and delivery improvements. A frequent conference speaker and panelist, he blends practical SRE craft with product-minded thinking and a strong interest in organizational efficiency. He rereads Nick Bostrom’s Superintelligence annually and is pursuing an MBA in AI at the University of São Paulo, signaling a rare mix of infrastructure depth and strategic AI curiosity. Colleagues note he’s both collaborative and effective—people enjoy working with him (p < 0.05).
