Senior🎓
Top SchoolRicardo Lamas is a seasoned technology leader and Chief Innovation Officer based in Greater Sydney with nearly two decades of experience building scalable web and cloud applications, rooted in deep Microsoft .NET expertise. He has progressed from hands-on backend and Xamarin development to executive technology roles, shaping architecture and delivery at startups and scaleups including Future Secure AI, Finstro and MYAMI Studio. Ricardo blends product-minded engineering with operational rigor—experience in CMMI-style software factories, high-throughput social data platforms, and blockchain-enabled payment systems speaks to his ability to turn complex requirements into reliable, production-grade services. He is comfortable across the stack (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, mobile, integration and middleware) and has led teams on cloud migration, real-time data processing and secure financial infrastructure. A founder-turned-executive, he brings entrepreneurial intuition from building Social Figures to mentoring engineering teams through architecture, delivery and innovation initiatives. Notably, his background includes running platforms that processed over a million social records per day and hands-on work in blockchain governance and wallets.
