Top SchoolRicardo Monje is a Senior Developer based in Barcelona with over a decade of experience bridging telecommunications and mobile/web engineering, currently focusing on mobile projects at Trainline. He brings deep domain knowledge from the wireless network industry and a track record of leading mobile teams, migrating native apps to React Native, and establishing mono-repo and clean-architecture patterns. Comfortable across front-end, back-end and DevOps, he has built warehouse mobile solutions, UI libraries tied to design systems, and AWS-based backends for IoT and smart-home initiatives. A self-taught technologist and hardware tinkerer, he pairs practical telecom expertise (radio optimization and network capacity work) with a geeky passion for Arduino, embedded projects, and bit-level problem solving.
