Top SchoolRicardo Silva is a Technical Lead with 12 years of experience designing and delivering scalable backend systems and APIs across fintech and SaaS products. He has led architecture and integration efforts for subscription and payments platforms at PagBank and built regulated, event-driven fund-processing systems using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. Equally comfortable in Ruby on Rails, .NET, Python and modern frontend stacks, he blends hands-on coding with mentoring and engineering process improvements like TDD, CI/CD and automated testing. Known for pragmatic trade-offs, he focuses on reliability, performance tuning and cloud-native patterns that reduce latency and operational risk. Based in Alagoas, Brazil, he balances a "write less, learn more" engineering mindset with a playful personal side—father to five dogs—bringing both discipline and curiosity to product delivery.
