Top SchoolRiccardo Sallusti is an R&D Product Owner and consultant with 11 years of experience blending product management, web engineering and emerging AI/IoT solutions across enterprise and agency environments. Based in Milan, he currently drives a cross-functional team at ABB to deliver a new web and mobile application for the ABB Ability IoT platform while also translating customer needs into cloud and AI-driven solutions at Kalpa. He started his career as a multimedia and web developer for major agencies, shipping campaigns and interactive experiences for clients like Apple, Eni and McDonald’s, and later moved into product ownership and coordination of international development teams. Comfortable defining epics, managing backlogs and coordinating UI/UX and QA under Scrum, Riccardo combines hands-on technical fluency with strategic product decision-making. He is self-taught in areas such as iOS development and has a background in electronic engineering, which gives him a practical systems mindset when integrating hardware-adjacent IoT projects. Colleagues describe him as a multidisciplinary problem-solver who turns complex requirements into pragmatic, user-focused digital products.
