Robert Orliński
Lead Front-end Developer at Naturaily
Poland
Summary
👤
SeniorRobert Orliński is a Lead Front-end Developer with nine years of experience building and scaling user-focused web applications across agency, public sector, and product environments. He currently leads front-end teams at Naturaily, delivering internal tools for 1,500+ employees and municipal management systems using React, Next.js, Storyblok and AWS, while also mentoring engineers, running evaluations, and recruiting talent. Robert combines hands-on consultancy and maintenance work with architecting design systems and reliable testing practices, having taught Jest and React Testing Library across teams. His background as a CTO and long-standing freelance developer gives him a strong client-facing sensibility—estimating projects, improving profitability, and bridging the gap between developers and stakeholders. Based in Poland, he’s known for improving processes and developer experience as much as shipping features, often surfacing non-obvious quality wins through better tooling and standards.
