Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolRoberto Salas is a seasoned JavaScript developer and technology leader with over a decade of experience driving product and digital transformation across retail, logistics, healthcare, and telecommunications in Latin America. He has led regional roadmaps and complex marketplace integrations (Mercado Libre, Falabella, Liverpool, Amazon) as Value Stream Owner, delivering large-scale PIM, SMS and analytics products while embedding AI automation into core workflows. Comfortable switching between hands-on technical design and stakeholder-facing product ownership, he pairs agile coaching experience (PSM II, PSK I) with PMP® and ITIL® governance to accelerate operations and customer success. Roberto has a track record of enabling mass onboarding and automation—e.g., multi-thousand SKU PIM uploads and API migrations for stock/pricing—and has migrated analytics platforms to improve adoption across LATAM. He blends a formal computer engineering background with practical skills in Power BI, APIs, Jira and cloud integrations, and an unexpected early career thread in quantitative political science and GIS tooling reflected in his multi-language data background. Based in Santiago, he focuses on aligning business, technology and customer experience to deliver sustainable results at scale.
