Top SchoolRodrigo Cacilhas is a founding partner and principal system programmer with over a decade of hands-on experience building high-performance, low-latency systems across finance, infrastructure, and SaaS domains. He combines deep systems analysis, Rust and Python expertise, and a practical use of AI to solve complex calculation problems—most notably reengineering a Java agent framework to deliver a performant tax management and invoicing platform. Rodrigo has led core codebase designs, optimised AWS and MongoDB infrastructures, and improved reliability through rigorous test suites and code optimisation. Equally comfortable as a technical lead or hands-on developer, he thrives on turning flawed implementations into robust, efficient solutions and mentoring multidisciplinary teams. Based in Três Rios, Brazil, he pairs continuous learning with a pragmatic, waste-free approach to software that bridges research-level ideas and production realities.
