Senior🎓
Top SchoolRodrigo Godoy is a seasoned Business Development and Key Account Manager based in São Paulo with over a decade of experience building partnerships and driving revenue across SMB and enterprise tech markets. With an MBA in Strategic Business Management and a track record at IBM, Lenovo, Capgemini and his own consultancy, he specializes in consultative selling, vendor representation and end-to-end solution delivery. He has repeatedly grown accounts, closed new logos and improved customer experience—once boosting sales and satisfaction by 80% year-over-year and delivering 110% of target in a new regional strategy. As an entrepreneur he founded and sold businesses, then launched RG2IT/RW2IT to combine vendor portfolios with local support services, demonstrating both commercial acumen and operational follow-through. Comfortable negotiating global contracts and aligning cross-functional teams, he excels at turning partner ecosystems into scalable revenue streams. Less obvious: he blends strategic P&L ownership with hands-on channel cultivation, making him as effective in boardroom strategy as in field-level deal creation.
