Top SchoolRoelf Niemeijer is a pragmatic Senior Product Owner and seasoned test automation specialist with 25+ years of experience turning complex product ideas into reliable, user-centered solutions. Based in Groningen, he blends electronics and IT engineering roots with hands-on skills in IoT, software testing, Pega implementations and Agile transformation to deliver end-to-end products and scalable processes. He has led large test automation programs, coached teams as an Agile practitioner, and designed training curricula that make technical topics accessible to non-experts. As owner of Testconsultancy Groep and product lead across public-sector institutes, Roelf excels at aligning legal constraints, user needs and technical teams to ship pragmatic digital services. Notably, he prototypes physical and digital artifacts—board games, training tools and automated regression suites—to de-risk decisions and accelerate delivery. He’s a versatile problem-solver who prefers shipping working solutions over theoretical perfection.
