Top SchoolRoger Du is a Principal Software Engineer with 11 years of experience designing and shipping high-performance frontend systems, currently at Veeva Systems after leading major initiatives at Kuaishou and Meituan. He specializes in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architectures, driving large-scale migrations (Vue→React) and building component libraries that halved development time across teams. His work balances performance and reliability—optimizing metrics like FMP and achieving 99.99% uptime for merchant-facing systems—while also automating developer workflows such as SDK publishing. A pragmatic technical leader, he pairs hands-on coding with mentorship and cross-team coordination to deliver scalable, maintainable products. Based in Chaoyang, Beijing, he brings a background spanning web, analytics SDKs, and early mobile/hybrid app development, showing a consistent knack for refactoring monoliths into modular, testable code.
