Top SchoolRoland Heintze is a Principal Engineer with 13 years of software and leadership experience, blending production engineering, technical lead roles, and defense-hardened discipline from his prior service as a USMC Reconnaissance Man. He currently consults across cybersecurity and AI-focused projects while pursuing a master's in Computational Perception and Robotics at Georgia Tech, and regularly sharpens offensive and defensive skills through CTF competitions. Known for pragmatic, no-buzzword problem-solving, he ships reliable systems across backend, mobile, and security domains and mentors teams to do the same. Based in Jacksonville, FL, Roland brings a rare mix of combat-proven resilience, hands-on coding, and a curiosity for novel technical challenges that often surfaces in cross-domain solutions.
