Top SchoolRoman Frolov is a founder and software leader with nine years of experience building startups that bridge developer tooling, hardware services, and biotech ambitions. He co-founded Codesphere to simplify hosting for web apps and ML models and previously led EV charging and blockchain crowdfunding ventures as CTO and lead engineer. After learning to code at 21 and scaling Codesphere with $39M in investor backing, he launched Eternal to make cancer vaccines widely accessible—motivated by personal family experiences with traditional cancer treatment. Based in the UAE, Roman combines hands-on engineering instincts with founder-level product and fundraising experience. His background in finance and entrepreneurship, started at Saint Petersburg State University, and early work in customer-facing roles (like his first job at a family ice cream shop) give him a rare mix of technical rigor and service-oriented empathy.
