Top SchoolRoss Dickey is a Senior DevOps Engineer with nine years focused on cloud-native observability and operational resilience, currently leading the DevOps Observability On-Call Experience team at LogicMonitor in Austin. He designs and automates SaaS monitoring and infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Prometheus, and Grafana, with a track record of reducing false alarms and improving uptime. Ross has led post-acquisition integrations and reorganizations (Airbrake into LogicMonitor), aligning roadmaps to business objectives while maintaining hands-on delivery. His background includes building container and Kubernetes platforms at Oracle and shipping production-ready AWS architectures at Rapid7, plus freelance multi-region migrations and even expert witness testimony on AWS configurations. He combines deep operational discipline with a practical emphasis on documentation, runbooks, and measurable follow-up, making on-call reliability a measurable outcome rather than an aspiration.
