Top SchoolRoss Edman is a Senior Principal Software Engineer in Dallas with 13 years building and operating large-scale, container-first infrastructure and CI/CD platforms. He has led Kubernetes strategy and runbooks at Twilio and GitHub, managing tens of thousands of cores across multi-datacenter clusters while delivering 99.99% uptime and automated certificate rotation at scale. Ross blends deep networking and infrastructure expertise with hands-on development—authoring custom Terraform providers, automations, and platform abstractions that cut provisioning time and cloud spend by millions. He’s driven SOC2/SOX readiness, massive in-place upgrades, and reclamation of technical debt to consolidate greenfield platform visions. Early work at Toyota Connected and consulting roles show he can rapidly seed DevOps culture and self-service delivery across large organizations. His background in philosophy and art gives him a pragmatic, user-focused approach to solving complex operational problems.
