Top SchoolRui Ribeiro is an information systems educator and public sector technologist with 8+ years of experience combining business intelligence, software development and AI to support data-driven decision making. As a Técnico Superior at Porto City Council he leads BI projects, software development and procurement-related documentation while simultaneously designing and delivering training programs for users and post-graduate students. He holds a Master in Business Intelligence and Analytics and credentials in information systems management, certified accounting and pedagogical training, which allow him to bridge finance, technology and teaching in practical deployments. Rui’s hands-on background spans requirements gathering, functional testing and solution validation, and he often acts as the link between technical teams and municipal stakeholders.
