Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRyan Mcdaniel is a product manager with a full-stack engineering foundation and five-plus years shipping end-to-end products across enterprise, startup, and founder contexts. He currently drives cross-disciplinary initiatives at Eaton, coordinating software, firmware, and hardware for globally deployed systems, while also iterating on DiveIQ, an AI-assisted dive planning and logging platform he founded. Previously he led a 12-person engineering and product effort at Codesmith, modernizing platform tooling and teaching full-stack development to thousands of engineers, and built developer tooling at Orbit that automated GraphQL generation. He blends hands-on implementation with roadmap leadership, user research, and technical documentation, and brings a founder’s eye for product-market fit informed by deep curiosity — you might find him testing features between dives with his dog Finn nearby.
