Top SchoolSaad Shah is a strategy and operations consultant specializing in education and learning-focused technology, with 12 years of experience bridging product, engineering, and operations. He helps schools and edtech companies translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions and then manages execution end-to-end, bringing transparency and ownership to distributed teams. His background blends hands-on software engineering and team leadership—ranging from senior engineering roles at Elastica/Symantec to managing cross-functional launches at KodeKloud—so he speaks both code and strategy fluently. Saad’s track record includes shipping a customer-ready platform upgrade on tight deadlines, initiating AI product ideation, and designing delivery workflows that tame remote collaboration. Based in Islamabad, he pairs an MS in Computer Science with a thoughtful teaching pedigree, which shows in his knack for coaching stakeholders through technical change.
