Summary
👤
SeniorSachin Agarwal is a Group Product Manager at Google with 12 years of cross-functional experience building and scaling cloud-native data and developer products, including leadership of Pub/Sub, Pub/Sub Lite, Apache Beam, and platform-wide product-led growth for GCP. He combines enterprise GTM and pricing expertise—from running IBM Aspera’s business unit and repackaging SKUs—to hands-on product launches at startups like LaunchDarkly and Nylas where he drove adoption, freemium motions, and sizable NPS improvements. Comfortable partnering with sales, design, and engineering, Sachin has repeatedly turned complex distributed data problems into pragmatic product roadmaps and go-to-market plays. A former founder and early-stage operator, he brings entrepreneurial instincts to large-org strategy and marketplace partnerships with AWS, Azure, and Google. Based in Oakland, he blends deep technical product experience in streaming and data processing with an MBA-backed strategic marketing sensibility.
