Summary
👤
SeniorSachin Mittal is an investor and web3 operator with eight years of experience building and scaling protocols, communities, and investment vehicles across DeFi and crypto. Based in Mexico City and a slow traveler through Latin America, he co-founded Kernel and Ethify Labs, helped grow Polygon’s ecosystem as an early employee, and now invests via Hydra Ventures to back and incubate other investment DAOs. He has hands-on product and developer roots—from building wallets and hackathon-driven modules to running a liquidity desk that brought millions on-chain—and has advised 100+ early-stage DeFi founders. Sachin blends technical fluency with community design and token-incentive strategy, having incubated projects that collectively raised substantial capital. He experiments with AI agents and personal research tooling (Claude and news agents) to surface deal flow and market signals, reflecting a maker-investor mentality. Always founder-friendly, he couples pragmatic ops experience with a knack for turning developer networks into enduring ecosystems.
