👤
SeniorSachin Ramesh is a Senior Software Engineer with eight years of experience blending cybersecurity research, applied machine learning, and full-stack development to build practical, user-focused systems. He has progressed through roles at WSO2 and hSenid, taught cybersecurity and distributed systems as an assistant lecturer, and won IEEE recognition for adaptive authentication research that leverages typing, mouse, location and device patterns. Sachin’s projects range from healthcare ML (skin disease and short-term heart-attack risk prediction) to localized civic chatbots, reflecting a knack for turning academic ideas into deployed solutions. He combines hands-on security engineering—threat modeling, SAST/DAST, and SDLC hardening—with platform-level development, and is known for integrating disparate technologies to simplify real-world workflows. Based in Matara, Sri Lanka, he brings a consistent academic track record (first-class honors, multiple dean’s list awards) to pragmatic engineering at the intersection of usability and security.
