Top SchoolSahil Budhwar is a Senior Software Engineer at Red Hat with 9 years of experience specializing in front-end engineering using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern bundling strategies. He leads the Konflux CI platform effort, migrating architectures (React-Redux to React-Query) and introducing ESM module-based bundling to cut API calls and bundle sizes, delivering measurable improvements in interaction time and load. Sahil has a strong track record of building reusable UI components and micro-frontend plugins that reduced cross-team dependencies and saved hundreds of development hours. His contributions to the OpenShift Console (notably form components and import UX) demonstrate a pragmatic focus on test coverage, performance, and developer workflows. Based in Bengaluru, he combines hands-on implementation with team leadership, guiding a small engineering team to maintain 80%+ test coverage and high-quality releases. A former Google Summer of Code contributor to PatternFly web components, he brings long-standing open-source experience to enterprise-scale UI challenges.
