Senior🎓
Top SchoolSaif Mahmud is a pragmatic engineering leader and founder with eight years of experience building data-intensive systems across health tech, transportation, and crypto. As Co-Founder and CTO of NiaHealth, he’s focused on turning continuous diagnostics and wearables into human-first, science-backed care that prevents illness rather than reacting to it. He’s shipped high-throughput big-data services for rail signaling, improved clinical tooling to scale care for millions of patients, and prototyped LLM and blockchain applications through indie R&D at jezer0x. Equally comfortable in code and strategy, Saif mentors engineers, teaches computer science, and still contributes hands-on to production systems and open-source tinkering. His uncommon blend of clinical product focus, systems engineering at scale, and curiosity-driven prototypes makes him a builder who targets long-term societal impact, not just short-term features.
