Senior🎓
Top SchoolSaiprasad Balasubramanian is a Developer Senior Consultant with 9 years of experience building data and platform engineering solutions, primarily in Python and PySpark, across cloud-native environments. At Thoughtworks he improved developer productivity and cut ETL runtimes dramatically while delivering scalable clickstream and personalization systems for telecom, retail and banking clients. He combines a hardware-rooted curiosity—starting with microcontrollers and embedded C—with modern DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS) and hands-on experience in Airflow, Delta Lake and CI/CD. As a founder he shipped a SaaS domain-monitoring product used by 300+ users, showing product instincts alongside engineering craft. Known as a tinkerer and language-agnostic problem solver, he favors pragmatic tool choice over dogma and mentors teams to lift reliability and onboarding. He’s quietly aiming to connect his embedded-to-cloud experience into product architecture for systems that run at scale.
