Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolSalmen Hichri is a founding engineer and operator with 11 years of experience building production-grade systems across finance, e-commerce, consulting, and early-stage startups. Based in London, he has led engineering efforts at Amazon and Goldman Sachs and later translated that product and execution discipline into founding roles and consultancy, most recently co-founding NLKit and architecting NLUX, an open-source library that simplifies conversational AI integration for web apps. He combines hands-on full-stack engineering with product leadership, having driven roadmaps, developer community adoption, and category-defining platform work now underway in stealth. His background in information systems engineering and business-focused certificates from Harvard Business School Online enable him to bridge technical strategy with commercial outcomes. Rarely content with just building, he gravitates toward developer-facing infrastructure and tooling that accelerates adoption of AI features at scale.
